WELCOME TO ADIDAS SHAKE OUT RUN – MAY 29, 2026
Here you will find everything you need to know ahead of adidas Shake Out Run on May 29.
RACE CONFIRMATION
Your Check In Pass will be sent by email on May 18. If you register after May 18, you will receive it within a few days after registering. Bring your Chek In Pass when collecting your bib and show it on your phone. If you no longer have the email, please bring a valid ID. If you are unable to attend bib pick-up yourself, you can forward your confirmation to someone else to collect your bib on your behalf.
BIB & T-SHIRT – event area STOCKHOLM olympic stadium

You can collect your bib at Stockholm Stadium (entrance via the Clock Tower on Lidingövägen) from 16:30 on race day, May 29. Bib pick-up closes approximately 20 minutes before your start time, but we recommend arriving early as queues may occur closer to the start.
When collecting your bib, you will also receive an adidas t-shirt, which you are welcome to wear during the race. T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 1,000 registered participants. If you were unable to reserve one during registration, please visit the Information Tent after the race to check availability. Please remember to bring your own safety pins.
TIMING
All participants receive their start time when crossing the start line, ensuring an individual net time. Timing is handled via the chip attached to your bib. The bib must be worn visibly on your chest throughout the race.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your bib is personal and cannot be transferred to another runner. It must be worn visibly on your chest throughout the race, even if you are wearing a hydration vest. On the back of your bib, write the name and phone number of an emergency contact, as well as any relevant medical information.
LATE REGISTRATION
If you have not yet registered, you can still sign up (subject to availability) via the official registration page until 17:30 on May 29. Entry fee: SEK 345.
GETTING THERE
Public transport is the easiest and most environmentally friendly way to reach the event. Take metro line 14 towards Mörby Centrum and get off at Stadion or Tekniska Högskolan.

START
We have three start groups with different paces so everyone can find their flow. If you’re here for the atmosphere, music and an easy pace – choose Start Group 3. Here you’ll run with Stockholm Run Club behind Red Bull’s event car, with music from kilometer 1 to 4.1.
To reduce congestion on the course, a limited number of runners are allowed in each start group. You may be asked to start in the next group if your group is full. Participants gather on the track at Stockholm Stadium at their designated start sign in good time before the start.
18:30 – Under 30 minutes.
18:33 – 30–32 minutes.
18:36 – Over 32 min.
Start times may be adjusted depending on the number of participants.
